While its a pretty novel idea I don't really think that is what men and women want. I would rather have set ironman if you would like to add a mode. If we're not getting that I would rather have content for RuneScape Gold . The very best thing about OSRS compared to other MMOs is the feeling of progression that is permanent and purposeful. Seasonal manners are the exact reverse and they knowingly hamper my ability to progress my character if I cease to play them that isn't something I'm really searching for when I am playing OSRS. This will be a hard no from me of the benefits.
LMS and now this, they look fun but I am worried about how much focus they are putting on out of sightout of mind game modes that take players out of the significant MMO world and into their own little bubbles. Each person Leagues would be a individual not doing anything with a person in the standard OSRS universe. Games of this genre are in their best when there's just 1 living. RuneScape already has a tendency to feel like one player game which you happen to be playing along with other people occasionally, and I really wish they would give a love to PvM things that you basically need to do in classes. Notably at lower-mid amounts, higher degrees have GWD and raids as well as shit like Zalcano I guess, but OSRS is pretty much one player game until you reach that point.
The material is really aimed to become wider appealing. We ain't actually aiming this to be a super game style that is competitive like we've done in the past. It's a fresh spin on Old School and a different way to perform, whilst enjoying you'll get less points, each point you earn makes a difference in terms of the rewards you can get onto your primary account. The only way I can observe this panning out (and not getting destroyed in the polls) is if you are bucketed into a bunch of 50-100 players once you join. If everybody is competing against everyone, only the sweatiest players will take home the very best benefits. On the flip side, if you are randomly grouped into a small subset of the league population that is playing, you stand a far greater chance of coming out on top.
Kinda bummed contemplating this isn't a new game style. A number people have full time jobs and kids, where some play RuneScape for a living. And I understand that it's shit luck for a number of us but a new ability or something might have been exciting and fair, not a race to the finish line. However, decent work on the creativity. I concur I have lots of dogs and 8 kids to look after a week job. I can play OSRS gold mobile for 15 minutes every month. I wish Jagex created content.
