1, safe use and maintenance
1.1 Preparation before Use. One is to carry out safety inspection. The four foot pads of the Corn Thresher shall be leveled to ensure that the equipment is stable and firm and reduce vibration. At the same time, according to the provisions of the operating instructions, check whether the rotating and swinging parts are flexible and collision-free, check whether the adjusting mechanism is normal and whether the safety facilities are complete and effective, and ensure that there are no sundries in the machine. At the same time, the lubricating parts shall be filled with sufficient lubricating oil. The second is to have a trial run. After switching on the power supply, idle for 1-2 minutes, check whether the machine is running normally, check for sticking, collision and other abnormal phenomena, and feed only after everything is normal. The third is to choose the right place to work. The thresher operation site should be in a flat and open place, and pay attention to the natural wind direction. The exit should be consistent with the natural wind direction as far as possible. Reliable fire prevention equipment should be provided during the operation. The fourth is to do a good job in safety protection. The safety protection device installed on the thresher is designed to protect the personal safety of the operator and related personnel. Therefore, the machine cannot be disassembled during operation or work. If it has been disassembled during maintenance, the machine must be reinstalled before operation or work. In addition, when the machine is working, it should be operated according to the requirements of relevant safety signs on the machine. Operators should wear compact clothes to prevent accidents caused by clothes or hair getting involved in rollers or transmission belts. Young people under the age of 16 or those who have not mastered the use rules of threshers are not allowed to operate on the machine.
1.2 Use and Adjustment. First, the feeding amount should be appropriate. Such as intermittent feeding, will affect the production efficiency, feeding too much will cause overload operation, even lead to motor burning and equipment damage. Second, roller adjustment should be standardized. Generally speaking, the drum has high rotating speed, high stripping rate, high crushing rate, low rotating speed, low stripping rate and low crushing rate. Drum clearance is large, stripping rate is low, crushing rate is low, clearance is small, stripping rate is high, crushing rate is high. However, in the adjustment of specific drum rotation speed and clearance, the dry and wet conditions of corn should be judged, and the rotation speed and clearance should be adjusted according to the moisture content of corn. Three is not continuous homework. Generally, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, adjustment and lubrication after working for about 8 hours to prevent serious friction from causing wear, heat or deformation. Fourth, stop the machine decisively in case of failure. It is strictly prohibited to pick up the belt or contact any object with the transmission part when the machine is running. The transmission ratio between the matching power and the thresher shall meet the requirements. If the thresher fails in the operation process, it shall stop the machine decisively and then carry out maintenance and adjustment.
1.3 Maintenance after Use. After the thresher operation is finished, it can be maintained according to the following procedures: firstly, dust and other sundries attached to the machine should be removed in time, loose screws should be tightened and removed, and the drive belt, conveyor belt and chain belt should also be removed. Oil stains on the drive belt should be cleaned with soapy water, dried and hung separately on the wall to prevent corrosion and aging. Secondly, check whether the thresher guard is firm and replace the damaged ones. Welding repair shall be carried out for the parts that are desoldering and cracked. When installing the grain rods, the small head (inclined surface) should be oriented to the feeding direction, and the grain directions of the adjacent two grain rods should be opposite to prevent the grain from moving to one end of the drum and causing uneven load. Finally, fill sufficient lubricating oil to each oil filling point and lubricating point, and place the machine in a dry warehouse or factory shed. When conditions permit, it is better to pad the machine with sleepers and cover it with oil cloth to prevent the machine from being affected with damp, insolated or drenched.
